When you order a larger size the design is not fit to the page. Just large blank chunks above and below the image.

I did not receive this notepad that I paid for. I received an empty envelope.

I paid for 5 notepads and I received none of them. I got an empty envelope. How can I get my items I designed and paid for?

I would like to receive my items that I paid for but when I got my package in the mail- the envelope was completely empty? Who ships an empty envelope?

Looks fine; does not fit as advertised

Disappointed by the quality of this custom note pad. The pages do not easily tear off, instead they rip down the middle if you try and take one off. For business use, this looks very unprofessional. The stamp of our information at the bottom also varies from page to page slightly and falls off the page of a couple pages.

Loved the finished product!

One pice was missing from the puzzle. It was frustrated to build it for almost 2 weeks and find out there was a missing piece. Also the price was overpriced and the pixels was terrible, it’s blurry

Loved the picture that I chose however, the note paper is falling off the top. Can’t us the magnetic back. Paper falls off.😔 On both note pads that I bought!

this never arrived. shipping tracker says it was delivered to original sender. There was no delivery notification or refund. very disappointing

The quality of these notepads is excellent. This is the second one that I've ordered and am very pleased with the paper and print quality.

I love your products so am disappointed in the quality of this puzzle.The pieces do not fit tightly and there is no reference photo enlargement. The photo on the box is very small.
