The watch was delayed due to carrier problem. Zazzle was wonderful in handling this and compensated me for my trouble. Will buy from them again.

Normally I'm pleased with Zazzle. The retirement party has come and gone. The employees aren't with us anymore. The product was due no later than June 25 and Zazzle hasn't even notified me of the delay. It is now July 3rd and I've received no estimation of when we can expect the product. Now, I will have to come out of pocket to mail the watch to the former employee instead of presenting it at the party.

If I had received the product, I'd be able to answer. I can say from past purchases that I'm expecting to like what I receive. That's why I've used them again, but for me, good customer service is everything.
