I purchased the 18lb. decoupage tissue paper for this project and it worked really well, as I used a water pen to "cut" the design into section in order to get it to go all the way around my candle holder.

The printing was not vibrant.

I ordered a large bag, but these bags were more like a medium bag. The pictures were clear and crisp on the bags but that was the only good thing about the bag.
