For the longest time, even since I was a boy, I've been in love with history. It's my favorite subject and one of my favorite parts has also been being able to view it photographically. One problem I always encountered was the disconnection between the era of black and white photos and the era of color photos. Many have trouble with visually connecting to the past as black and white photos almost seem unreal, like another world. So I decided to try and make a bridge between the past and present through colorizing black and white images. To connect people to the past. All images you see on my store are 100% done by me. I hope you enjoy the images and know that all sales made will be going directly to furthering my education through a college education in History!!! On a side note: Colorized images are not meant to replace the original black and white image. They are simply meant to provide a visual connection to the past and replicate what things would have looked like in color. I, with the help of many other historians and colorizes, research into what colors would be but not every color can be 100% what it looked like. Again colorizing is an artistic representation, meant to provide a window into the past for how things may or most likely would have looked.
