Creative Handiworks

I love creating art and making things for people with my hands. Over the last ten years, my primary work has been construction related. I have realized how hard, dirty and skilled the work can be. I also realized that most blue collar workers are under appreciated. So I have created the GizmoJo designs to inspire or bring a little chuckle these workers. My experimental art with re-purposed materials was vital in the creation of this art style. I really connect with this work and it is my pleasure to share it with you. The first 26 years of my career was in commercial art as a Graphic Designer, Lettering Artist and Illustrator. I am adding these skills to my construction experience to bring to you what I call “Faith Driven Art.” This work is inspired by life’s ups and downs, reading and quest to find ways to relate to puzzling questions. I pray this art ministers to you in some way.
