It is a little bigger than what it looks like in the pictures but the actual box with personalized printing is beautiful.

Perfect, exactly what I asked for

Useless. Names of the bride and groom were too long for order form. I corresponded with company to see if they could handle longer names before I ordered and was told they could handle it. I sent full names I wanted engraved and placed my order. I followed up immediately to make sure my order was matched up with the correct names in my email. Was told yes “got it.” Obviously not. When I received the box and saw the mistakes, I was very frustrated. The company representative put it back on me when I complained the names were wrong.

Bride and groom names were wrong. I was told if I sent the box back they could probably fix it. I have no confidence this would happen and said I wanted a refund. I was told to take it up with Zazzle.

I was very pleased, but the lock seems to be very hard to lock and seems like it could break easily

The quality is better then I expected and I thought it would be great!

The recipe box came when expected. I had contacted the seller asking which size recipe cards would fit in the box before I purchased it and she got right back to me. We used this at a bridal shower and was very pleased with the look. I would recommend this item.

We did not have it personalized, but the made with love signature was very nice, clean and clear to ready. Overall happy with my purchase

This was my second purchase of this frame for a second wedding. The first frame I ordered was nicely made, corners matched, no space in the miters etc the second frame wasn't made as well but not so bad that I will return it.

One corner of the frame was slightly chipped and rough and the miters weren't very well matched. Since it's 'rustic' in nature it will do but I was a bit disappointed since I had such a good experience with the first frame.
