My work as a professional photographer, digital artist, and designer is inspired by the beauty and mystery of nature, vivid life-like dreams, medieval literature, music, Celtic myth and legend. Medieval and pre-Raphaelite art sparks something deep within the soul, allowing my imagination to run wild. This escape from reality feeds my creativity and aids me in my creative process. I've traveled the wild north and west coasts of Ireland, and have lived in the moors and windy coasts of Cornwall & Devon. Places like Tintagel, St. Nectan's Glen, the Giant's Causeway, Donegal, the Connemara and Mourne Mountains, which have inspired so many artists and writers before me, light a spark in my imagination and bring forth an otherworldly, romantic style to my art.
