I love my luggage tags! It was so much fun to create personalized luggage tags and they’re perfect with my new luggage. I’m hoping to be able to open a shop on Zazzle very soon!

They make a beautiful product, but with their lack of customer service, getting help is impossible. I would continue to use them once they fix their customer service.

Man I really wanted to like this but when I got it the wording about the red stripe with the department name was partially covered up. When I asked them to fix it they said they can’t because it would just come out the same way ( WTF ) 😳 yeah I think I’ll just go elsewhere thank you but NO THANKS!!!!
