This came exactly as described, and is sturdy and good quality. I like giving personalized gifts and this is a good idea. The giftee is a keen runner and overall exerciser who often has to lug a gym bag around so this should be perfect.

Great product but dimensions on sizes would be nice than just saying small, medium, large etc...

I was pleased with the quality of the ornament, however, getting it cropped using their site was a bit challenging for me. Be careful and find where to choose your shipping or it defaults to a high shipping cost.

I had no idea when I ordered this how great it would turn out. I ordered another personalized ornament elsewhere and looking at the two side-by-side, I'm embarrassed to gift the other one. This "I [heart] Middle School" with a personalized note to my granddaughter on the back is the best gift ever!

This arrived in a much higher quality durable acrylic than I was expecting (which was just a plain hard plastic). Luggage tag looks classy and more expensive than what I paid for it. Can’t wait to give as a gift this Christmas!
