My order was never received. According to tracking only a shipping label was created. The package was never received by USPS. I contacted zazzle customer service and was promised that they would recreate my order, it would ship out in 4-5 business days ,and they would expedite shipping for free. That time has more than passed, my order has still not shipped and now no one will respond to me on a refund. Beyond disappointed with my missing order and the customer service of this company. My order never arrived.

First of all, this was fun to make!! I have been waiting for it to come in, and it arrived today...and it's super cute!!!!
Me and my guy (both in our 40's) send bitmoji comics back and forth quite often, so this was a perfect little random quirky gift!!!! Everything looks great, however I didn't open it.
