This personalized item is great if you know how to correctly change the name. Unfortunately, as an inexperienced user, I didn't. Apparently the "personalize it" section (which you which think was the way how to do it) was not a guaranteed way. The shipping cost more than the item itself. I was given a refund, but that did not include the cost of shipping. If I were to repurchase the item though the refunded store credit, I still have to pay for shipping again. The shipping cost is way too expensive for a single button. Make sure you know how to accurately personalize before you buy. That is my advice to you. It was great, but it came out incorrectly.
