The item seems fine. Arrived very late which was not great as intended for Christmas use. The photo on the reverse side was not as centred as we would have liked. But this was likely our fault.

The ornament I ordered for my son and his girlfriend is so cute. The two photos I used worked well and the finished product is just right - to celebrate them becoming new pet owners! The design and color of the product is good. The finished product quality depends on the resolution of the photos used. After experimenting with a few options from my photos, the finished product turned out very good.
