About "Jungle Sunrise" wildlife artwork by Skye Ryan-Evans ©. A very young Orangutan rises with the early morning sunlight and prepares to spend a fun day playing in his rainforest home. The 3D Orangutan text can be moved or removed if desired. Beautiful Orangutans live in a very limited range mainly on the islands of Borneo and Sumatra deep in the Indonesian rainforests. These highly intelligent Great Apes are part of a diminishing species on the brink of extinction. 25% of royalties from each art Mug sold, is donated to the Orangutan Foundation International (OFI) group to help them rescue and rehabilitate orphaned, injured and starving Orangutans. Their goal, to return them safely to the wild. Thank you for caring about our precious Orangutans (which translates as "People of the Forest").

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
