This is a Japanese colour print created by the artist Utagawa Kuniyoshi in the 19th century. It's title: "Even though she looks young she is old". At first glance at this lady's portrait it looks like she's an old grandma, however when you look closely at the print you can see that her face and hands are made out of smaller drawings of young figures (girls / women). This woman is wearing a blue kimono. The main colours used in this artwork are: blue, red, black (very traditional colours in Japan) and beige / yellow colour. The artist has also signed his name in Kanji characters and Hiragana (Japanese writing).
