This was a perfect gift for my crocheting friend. Being able to personalize it made it extra special. I liked being able to look at the finished product in different colors and fonts. The mug is a nice weight and thickness, not cheap feeling. For gift choices with personalization and great pricing, Zazzle is the "GO TO" site. The cup arrived in great condition. The personalization color was not as I expected but the printing itself was very nice. Overall I was very satisfied with the product and would definitely purchase it again.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
