I love this mug style, size and the high quality. I enjoy the fact that I can customize and put my own personal touch and design into this mug to make it extra special when I give it to my sister for Christmas. I love the poem and the flower design simple but elegant and the fact that I can add my own texts make it more special to give to my sister to show her how much she is loved by me and this will surely make her morning even better when she see and use her mug every morning. The print quality, color and design came out beautifully just like how i expect it to look like in the website picture.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
