The actual product was great, but my order was not completed correctly as ordered. I had ordered three 2" Binders all with the 'EZD-Ring' for ease of operation. Unfortunately, only one of the three came like that, and this wasn't it. And since you can't send back or get refunded on personalized items, well, we were stuck with them. Printing, as always, was great. One of the many reasons I use Zazzle.
