The Metabolic Revolution demands a new era in nutrition and ​healthcare. We refuse to accept an America where 93% of adults suffer from ​a chronic condition, and more than half have pre-diabetes or ​diabetes. We will not stand by while pervasive illness and ​declining mental health overwhelm us, especially when we ​know a better path exists. America was once a strong and ​healthy nation, and it can be again. We demand change! Therefore: We advocate for a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to ​​health centred on metabolism that addresses the root causes ​of chronic diseases. We call for an updated U.S. Dietary Guidelines, founded in solid ​scientific evidence, with advice that heals rather than harms. We seek to educate policymakers, medical professionals, and ​the public on dietary and other ​metabolic therapies that have ​proven effective in treating chronic diseases, ​including type 2 ​diabetes, obesity, mental disorders, and more. We believe it’s time to move beyond symptom management ​and address the root ​causes of chronic diseases. The turning point is NOW. It’s time to ​take power over ​our ​​health. Together, we will create a future of hope and healing.
