Women Reading a Love Letter (by Waldmüller) Tissue Paper

This design features a painting by the Austrian artist Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller (1793–1865). It depicts two women huddling close together as they eagerly read a love letter by candlelight. The letter appears to be addressed to the woman on the left, who is holding the candle on her lap, but the woman on the right is leaning over and smiling as she shares in her friend's romance. The original German title of the painting is "Der Liebesbrief", which means "The Love Letter", and it was painted by F.G. Waldmüller in 1849.
