I chose the checklist pages, so I carry this with me all of the time and I use it to list people's needs for prayer in. It's really handy and I love the quality of the product. This book is too small and has hardly any pages for the price and the time it took to make. I could have went to the dollar store and bought a yellow notebook and made my own for 2 bucks. I'm not impressed. The J is not on the book right
