She, like Alaska, was the runt of the litter, but also like her mother, is the best athlete of the pack. Wolves can run up to 40 miles per hour and Tehya can run... She also loves her training, is an excellent student, and gives big sloppy kisses. Shadowland Foundation is a Non-profit Wolf-Education Organization in Lake Hughes, California with a pack of ten Alaskan Timber wolves who serve as ambassadors for wolves in the wild. We are educating children of all ages about the true nature of wolves through our Wolf-Education and Outreach Programs. Our mission is to educate and eradicate the misconception of this magistic creature, the wolf.
