De Morgan was an important Arts & Crafts movement artist and was the head of tile production at William Morris's studio. The circular swirls are characteristic of his work, which was influenced by Persian and Islamic art. This is the left facing blue dolphin tile. We have a right facing blue dolphin tile listed separately. This tile is also available in other colours.
