There's nothing quite like a windy autumn day. The sun shining on fall leaves while they dance through the air fills me with feelings of hope and possibility. This tree was inspired by just this sort of windy day, at Elk Lake, on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. The original art piece was created in acrylic on canvas by artist Suzanne Woodward.
