My products arrived damaged and their solution was not the easiest process. The products were also not wrapped in any kind of plastic anything to keep any moisture out so thank goodness it never rained during delivery. The “cushion” for the invites was just paper leading to the damage my product had. The product it’s self is adorable and I was very excited to fine them to match my theme. My design was changed with notifying me which really made me upset and when I reached out about it they said they would refund me and I could reprint however I had use a code to get a better deal on the amount I was purchasing and they wouldn’t let me use that again. And I didn’t trust that it would come out right the second time around because they had to contact the printing team and it became too many hands in the pot at that point.

Best feature is how customizable it is. We were able to incorporate our own graphics to best represent our wedding theme and colours. The card's sale price is good (less than $1.10 CAD each) and we got both sides printed. The quality of the paper surpasses our expectations; we are very happy with the thickness, texture and matte finish which makes it appear more professional than the standard thinner glossy postcard style that is so often used for wedding invitations these days. The print quality is good. The only thing we are not impressed by is with how dark the professional photographer's pictures printed. It is possible this is due to the original pictures and not necessarily the printing process, but they did print darker than anticipated.
