WILD BUDGIES Green Parakeets Fabric

This print calls in a trip to Australia where the budgies fly free and wild. My first pet was a parakeet and I've been in love with birds ever since. (I'll be the first one to call out a neat-looking shore bird or hawk by the side of the road! Such a bird nerd.) I'm loving the movement of these budgies -- which I painted awhile ago and wasn't sure what to do with -- but now they just feel like the thing I need in my life. Bright greens indicate a desire for adventure and newness and I'm all about that right now.

I have eight senior dancers graduating from Fleet-Wood Dancentre this year, and I wanted to make them something special. Love this site, as there is such a selection that I was able to make eight unique dance totes for my dancers..... I enjoy making "keepsake dance totes" for my students when they graduate!. The fabric presses beautifully. I love the thickness of the fabric. Has more substance than cotton bought at my local fabric store. The result is a sturdy bag, full of little storage pockets, and a lifetime memory. The inside of the dance totes were lined with fabric I ordered with my School logo. The printing was clear and sharp, colours vivid.
