The bear is standing next to a greyish party hat with streamers. It has a colourful background with circles, stars, squares and arrows. The design was designed on Thursday the 30th of June 2011. Sketchart26 created the design using artwork by Trina Clark http://digiscrapkits.com and her own original background.
