Whale Love Blank Greeting Card

For decades I avoided using watercolors because they were too hard to control. I was a perfectionist and my results appeared stiff and muddy. Upon returning from an Earthwatch expedition, studying whales for my 50th birthday, I had a strong urge to paint one in watercolor. I meditated to the sound of whale calls, gave myself permission to make mistakes (and to destroy the painting if necessary) and began painting my favourite creature. I was astounded with the result – a graceful whale and my first-ever successful watercolor!
