We Got This Notebook

Emma is on the left and Elsa is on the right. I snapped a photo of them sitting in the window watching birds one morning. Elsa was on day 75 of her life-saving FIP treatment. Elsa, on the other hand, was not yet sick. I imagined that Elsa was telling Emma, "you got this." I loved that. I decided to create a painting from that tender moment. Before I finished the painting, however, Elsa would come down with FIP. Now I had two cats who had FIP and two cats to save! As I worked on this piece, I knew that I would re-name it to: We Got This.

I love journals and notebooks, so I was very excited to be able to order one using a piece of my artwork as the cover design. I can say this because the cover is my own digital design, so I have the original artwork to compare the colors. The colors are exact to the artwork.
