This is a commemorative mug celebrating the closure of the Walter Reed Army Medical Centre. Photo collage features images of the original 1909 General Hospital called "Borden's Dream". It was General Pershing, 14 years later, who gave the orders making Walter Reed Hospital part of an Army Medical Centre, which is has remained, subject to the Centre's scheduled closure in 2011.
