Vote once." Underneath that but still in the white space, spaced out over two lines, are the words in blue all caps serif font, "Have a plan. Vote responsibly." The last line, "Vote 2020" is a template in white all-caps serif font with a star on the left and on the right of the words, all of which is placed on the lower blue stripe.
