This beautiful 1939 poster advertises the W.P.A. Federal Theatre presentation of "Native Ground" by Virgil Geddes at Maxine Elliotts Theatre, 39th St. East of Broadway, New York City. The gorgeous illustration shows the silhouette of a plow in field, with a farmhouse in the distance. The colors are vibrant yellow and blue against rich brown fields. The original image is courtesy of The Library of Congress Prints and Photographs Division.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
