Vintage William Morris Holland Park Pattern Tablecloth

This is a digitally enhanced print of the antique late 1800's "Holland Park" carpet by William Morris. William Morris was a Victorian era poet, novelist, textile designer and an important figure of the British Arts and Crafts Movement. His designs had a medieval-inspired aesthetic and respect for hand-craftsmanship and traditional textile arts. He was a founding figure of Morris & Co., and Kelmscott Press. He was friends to many Pre-Raphaelite artists such as Edward Burne-Jones and Dante Gabriel Rossetti.

The cloth is good quality and thickness but it does crease easily, even if rolled up so a steamer is advised for event day. I would rate higher but the cloth is actually on off-white colour and stands out significantly against our other true white. If i were to order again I wouldnt choose a white cloth or I''d add a colour background so it doesnt look so cream-ish.
