Vintage Victorian Fox Crossbody Bag

A frisky red fox (vulpes vulgaris) is featured in this beautiful antiquarian book design. The background is from an antique tree calf-leather pattern book binding from 1878 -- a technique developed in the 1770s to create a natural looking tree bark/branch pattern. This design is sure to please those who love dogs, the wild ancestors of the domestic dogs, and vintage animal illustrations.
