This is a vintage perfume ad for Eau de Lavande. This fragrance was offered by J Giraud Fils of Grasse and Paris. The label is beautiful and ornate. It is a collage of many different decorative design elements. Vintage Label Art are paper labels that have been used since the early 1880s. They were introduced to America by European artists, and this printing process became known as lithography. This was one of the first forms of commercial art.
