This modern & sophisticated invitation has a rich and elegant contemporary vintage appeal. Created with a selection of Vintage and new art elements that have been compiled into a fresh design by Audrey Jeanne Roberts. Printer's swirling ornaments give a beautiful and timeless quality to this bracket shaped background. The text is set in a "velum" framed in a tan and brown damask border. The hand painted parchment textured background is a creamy aged colour. PAPER SELECTION: Shown here with standard paper. This would look spectacular with Champagne or Ice metallic. These papers are MAGNIFICENT! They have a soft, creamy pearl finish that gives incredible elegance to your presentation. Best feature is how customizable it is. We were able to incorporate our own graphics to best represent our wedding theme and colours. The card's sale price is good (less than $1.10 CAD each) and we got both sides printed. The quality of the paper surpasses our expectations; we are very happy with the thickness, texture and matte finish which makes it appear more professional than the standard thinner glossy postcard style that is so often used for wedding invitations these days. The print quality is good. The only thing we are not impressed by is with how dark the professional photographer's pictures printed. It is possible this is due to the original pictures and not necessarily the printing process, but they did print darker than anticipated.
