Vintage San Francisco Travel Postcard

Exclusive to Vintage Pride, this 1940’s travel style poster features a male body on the rooftop of a building in Union Square looking up at a Rainbow Pride Flag flying from the roof of the world famous St Francis Hotel. The image is featured predominately in black and white except for the best-known, six-stripe version of the rainbow pride flag which was established in 1979, and still assigns a meaning to each colour: red for life, orange for healing, yellow for sunlight, green for nature, blue for harmony and purple for spirit.
