Vintage Roelant Savery Landscape with Birds Poster

A gorgeous print of "Landscape with Birds" painted in 1628 by Roelant Savery (1576 – 1639). Savery was a Dutch Golden Age painter. He is famous for being the most prolific and influential illustrator of the extinct dodo, having made at least ten representations. His unique style of painting has been highly popular with collectors and can be found in many museums in Europe and North America. Among his best-known works are several illustrations of the now-extinct dodo painted between 1611 and 1628.
