Vintage hand coloured view of world mountain and volcano heights. Reference included at bottom. Reynolds introduction to natural philosophy, 1850. Drawn by John Emslie. These early infographics created a foundation for educational diagrams used today. Among mountains shown: Pyranees, Alps, Andes; volcanoes include Mount Etna and Vesuvius. Restored by VintageSketch to repair damage and enhance colours for optimum print quality. Gorgeous paper, a little heavier than traditional decoupage tissue, but it worked beautifully on my project nonetheless. Elegant - simple- tres chic! The printing turned out beautifully, it is consistent throughout the entire print with a somewhat faded or mottled coloration. I am in love with this paper.
