This is a section of brick from the fog signal building from the West Quoddy Head Lighthouse in Lubec, Maine. The lighthouse and its attendant buildings are on the easternmost point of the United States. The fog signal building was built in 1887, and the brick walls show layers of age and tuck pointing.
