Vintage artwork by Alfred Richardson Barber depicts a family of two adult rabbits and four bunnies who are enjoying a meal of cabbage and cauliflower leaves. The British artist, Alfred Richardson Barber (1841-1925) was born in Colchester. Little is known about him. He specialized in paintings of animals, especially rabbits, as well as still life. He exhibited his paintings in London and on Suffolk Street during the years 1979 to 1893. This card is blank inside for your own message.
