From a postcard from our own collection. Completely restored and retouched by us (creases, spots, blemishes, stains removed, new borders added, colours enhanced; on this print on the front our text logo added, on the back English caption and new stampbox added). Description: Made at the end of World War I, to demonstrate the patriotism and between the countries of Belgium and France. On the card, King Albert and Queen Elisabeth are "walking on water" of the North Sea. The flags on top are those of France (left) and Belgium (right).
Nieuwpoort (Nieuport), Veurne (Furnes) and Dunkerque (Dunkirk, Duinkerke) were 3 of the most important battlefields of World War I.
