Your design covered up my address, didn't notice it till all the invitations went out. Your customer service people said I could have customize the design online to not cover up the address, but your program gave me NO opportunity to do that! I was not reimbursed in any financial way. (Shipping "credit" is not reimbursebent!!) This has never happened to me when I ordered personally designe invitations from other customers. See above. It is explained fully above. very unhappy with your printing company. I have talked to people who are in the printing business and they all say, this should have been checked by your company. I will tell everyone I can about your lousy service and never use you again.
