What a treat!! This matte poster paper letter from Santa was a big hit! There are several opportunities to customize by giving the child's name, city where Santa is to deliver, several accomplishments the child has achieved and a gift the child has wished for. Poster is printed clearly, good quality . Inclusive of many prints . The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
