Nice product, but I have to give it a 4 star review... When I ordered the album, I personalized it, which I think is a great feature. But when it arrived the personalization was off center, which surprised me, because it look correct on-line. When ordering on-line, it lined up correctly in the order box - but turns out it wasn't - so the finished product is not correct. I guess nobody checks the orders before they are processed, to catch this type of error. And that is a bummer...
