Our knockout t shirt design is based on a vintage WPA poster promoting library use, showing a powerfully built muscular man in a thoughtful pose based on Rodin's "Thinker" sculpture. The original wording on the WPA poster reads "For greater knowledge on more subjects use your library often." We've changed this to "Knowledge is power." The original 1940 image is courtesy of The Library of Congress Prints and Photographs Division Washington, D.C.
