Prowlers of the Prairie (1892) by OC Seltzer is a vintage American West fine art portrait painting. Three Native American Indian brave warriors. The men are sitting on horses in the deserts of the southwest. About the artist: Olaf Carl Seltzer (1877-1957) was born in Copenhagen, Denmark and at the age of 12 began the study of art at the Technical Institute. When his father died in 1897, his mother emigrated to Great Falls, Montana where he worked as a cowboy.
