Vintage Illustration on Christmas Cards

I like the lighting in this card's depiction of an apparently wondrous Christmas morning for two small children, as though there were something truly supernatural happening on the other side of the doorway. I bought it for my brother, who is younger than I by a year and a half, which, way back then, seemed like a lifetime to both of us. I like the muted colors of the card, making the moment depicted seem quite majestic in a storytelling kind of way. The printing for this card is well done. I especially like the dark shadow of the little boy that fades into the wood floor behind him as it contrasts with the brightness of the uncharted room before him.

I love this unique design; I was looking something a bit different to send to my pen pals. I thought this design as a postcard was perfect. Everything was as described and shown in the product photos.

Solid paper/cardstock. I bought all four houses plus a Hogwarts castle card in this set and they all arrived in 2 days. My only complaint is that there isn't an option to purchase an envelope to mail it in (I'm aware postcards are supposed to ship without one, but I like the option to use an envelope). Good quality printing, looked just like the image on the website, was shipped in a firm cardboard mailer to prevent bending.
