A little gilr with a red umbrella us singing a solo, behind her more singing little girls. Year: 1891 Artist: Maurice Boutet de Monvel Louis-Maurice Boutet de Monvel (1851, Orléans, Loiret – 1913) was a French painter and illustrator best known for his watercolors for children's books. He was a major figure in nineteenth century children's literature illustration.
