This design has been created using an antique Victorian filicinae ferns palm trees 1904 lithography by the famous artist and biologist Ernst Haeckel. This particular illustration represents a filicinae study of multiple ferns and helped mainstream the idea of Darwinism and evolution to Europe. We have created a collection of products using this design called ‘Vintage Ernst Haeckel Botanical Palms Collection.’
