It has a vintage pattern with toddlers, 2 and 3 year old little girls in blue-green (mint) and white dresses an big white bonnets with assorted ribbons, each with the dress of the next one in her hands.
The vintage children in the pattern are by by Kate Greenaway (1846 - 1901), from the book "Under the Window" (1879), now in the public domain.
